APRESENTAÇÃO

Quem somos
A Accountable foi constituída em novembro de 2014, na sequência da vontade de pôr em prática a experiência em eventos empresariais e societários adquirida, por ambos os sócios, ao longo de uma parceria que dura desde 2008.
No decurso destes anos, em sectores como telecomunicações, serviços e banca, os sócios realizaram cerca de duas dezenas de eventos societários para empresas do PSI 20.

Who we are
Accountable was established in November 2014, following the will of both partners to put into practice the experience acquired over the last five years in business and corporate events.
During these years, the partners conducted more than a dozen corporate events for companies listed in the Portuguese Stock Index (PSI 20).

Soluções Integradas de Gestão de Eventos Empresariais e Societários
A ACCOUNTABLE propõe-se prestar os serviços de consultoria, planeamento, organização, gestão e execução de eventos.


A solução proposta integra uma componente funcional e outra tecnológica, que abrange a preparação e gestão de agendas e intervenientes, controlo de acessos, planeamento e organização dos trabalhos, registo de dados (número de presenças, intenções de voto, projeção de resultados e reporte de atividade), contratação de serviços de apoio (catering, hospedeiras e mobiliário), tecnologia, audiovisuais e entretenimento.

Realizamos os seguintes eventos:
- Assembleias Gerais;
- Congressos;
- Apresentações a Analistas/Investidores;
- Eventos de empresa.
 

No caso particular de assembleias gerais, oferecemos uma solução end-to-end, que abrange o registo de acionistas, votação presencial e remota, credenciação de acionistas no evento, controlo de entradas e saídas de sala, recolha e contabilização de votos, projeção da ordem de trabalhos e resultados e disponibilização de informação de resumo para fins de auditoria.

End-to-end Management Solutions for Business and Corporate Events

ACCOUNTABLE proposes to provide consulting, planning, organization, management and execution of events.


The proposed solution includes both functional and technological components, covering preparation and management of agendas and actors, access control, planning and organization of work, data register (attendance, voting intentions, results projection and reporting activity), hiring support (catering, hostesses, furniture and auditoriums), technology, audiovisual and entertainment services.


We perform the following events:
- Congresses;
- Presentations to Analysts / Investors;
- General Meetings;
- Company Meetings;
- Festive Events.
 

In the particular case of general meetings, we offer an end-to-end solution, covering the registration of shareholders, local and remote voting, accreditation of shareholders in the event, collection and accounting of votes, agenda and results projection, entrance control at the auditorium and providing summary information for audit purposes.
